Friendly foods to the liver can be classified into two categories – those that protect the liver when it carries out detoxification and those that help to boost detoxification.

Next on the list are foods that help to clean up the liver, and the foods on the list that perform this function are peas, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, carrots, garlic just to mention a few.
